By using ATS CV Creator (“the App”), you agree to these terms. The App is provided free of charge by Raqysoft.
Free service
The App is 100% free. No subscription, account, or payment is required. Raqysoft may offer other paid services on raqysoft.com; this CV tool remains free.
Your content
You own the content you enter into your CV. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you include in resumes you create or export.
Acceptable use
- Use the App for lawful personal or professional purposes
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service
- Do not use the App to distribute malware or illegal content
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exported CVs will pass every applicant tracking system or result in employment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raqysoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of data stored in your browser.
Data loss
Because data is stored locally in your browser, clearing site data, switching browsers, or device failure may delete your CVs. We recommend exporting PDF copies and JSON backups regularly.
Changes
We may update the App or these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
